Application Process
It will take approximately 3 business days to verify your credit, employment, and residence history. You will be notified if your application has been accepted.
Once your application has been accepted, you must submit a cashier's check or money order within 24 hours for the exact amount of the security deposit. If your security deposit is not received within 24 hours, the property will become available to another applicant.
Once we have received your security deposit, the property will be taken off the market, and your security deposit will become non-refundable. In the event that you decide not to lease the property, such a deposit will be used to compensate the owner for all damages incurred, including but not limited to, the pro-rated rent for each day the property was held off the market.
Leases
A lease will be typed, and the balance of money owed must be paid prior to possession. Monthly rent is pro-rated from the first of the month on a 30-day basis. A move-in date of the 15th through the end of the month will require the pro-rated first month's rent and the entire next month's rent. Please note the final payment prior to move-in must be a cashier's check or money order.
Your rental agreement will not be binding until signed by the landlord. Every effort will be made to achieve the agreed-upon move-in date. However, the move-in date is not guaranteed and may be reasonably modified.
